B&R International Skills Competition to be held in May

The Belt and Road International Skills Competition will be held in Chongqing from May 26 to 31, reported Chongqing Daily Saturday.

Themed on "Skill Cooperation and Common Development", the competition has 18 competition items including electronic technology, water treatment technology, automotive technology, freight forwarding, bricklaying, electrical installation, fine woodworking, painting and decoration, plumbing and heating, information network cabling, fashion technology, floristry, bakery, beauty therapy, cooking (western cuisine), hairdressing, health and social care, and restaurant service.

The competition is sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, China International Development Cooperation Agency and Chongqing Municipal People's Government.
