The Europe Huajie Development Company signed a cooperation agreement with Rustonka, a real estate developer affiliated to the Czech financial group J&T Group on December 19, 2018, kicking off construction of a business and trade service park under the Belt and Road (B&R) Czech Stop, reported by Yiwu city’s local newspaper.

Located in Prague 8 municipal district, the business service park will cover an area of about 3,520 square meters. It is the third project launched under the Belt and Road Czech Stop this year after the freight yard and logistic park.

Upon completion, the park is expected to serve as a business platform for hosting trade fairs, commercial and art exhibitions, and cultural exchange events. It will also offer comprehensive services such as financial services, information consultation, research incubation, legal and taxation services, the report said.

The park is part of a new cross-border e-commerce ecosystem to be built by the B&R Czech Stop for providing international trade and supply chain services for Chinese and European enterprises, according to the report.

Belt and Road (B&R) Czech Stop is a key project launched by East China’s Zhejiang province for participating in the Belt and Road Initiative and advancing Czech-Zhejiang friendship.
