The city of Xi'an in western China has released its plans for the One Belt One Road program that include 60 projects with a total investment of more than 115 billion yuan.
Xi'an will work on building up the city as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt through such projects as the Xi'an free trade zone and Europe-Asia economic forum park.
The city will also embark on a series of infrastructure projects to improve its transportation system.
