Chief Minister of Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province Jam Kamal Khan, said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will bring economic stability to his province and the entire Pakistan.

Khan said that the future of the country's young generation is connected with CPEC, and his province is seeking to equip the youth with technical skills for enabling them to avail the opportunities offered by the bilateral project, Express Tribune reported Tuesday.

The youth will benefit the most from CPEC as it will bring thousands of job opportunities for them, he added.

Khan made the remarks during his meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing in Islamabad. The chief minister said Balochistan is playing a vital role in the development of the country.

The chief minister added that the province has vast opportunities of foreign investment and his provincial government will provide all facilities to foreign companies seeking to invest in the province, adding that they have functionalized the Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade to provide facilities to foreign investors under the one-window operation.
