Premier Li pledges China's joint efforts with members to build SCO development bank

MOSCOW, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on Tuesday that China stands ready to work closely with all member states to establish the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) Development Bank as soon as possible.

Li made the remarks when addressing the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of Member States of the SCO.
