Chinese "Smile Journey" program helps Mozambican children regain smiles

A team of Chinese medical experts has given Mozambican children with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities a new reason to smile.

Working alongside local doctors at Maputo Central Hospital, Chinese specialists have provided free screenings and completed 21 reconstructive surgeries.
