Chinese chip designer to invest USD 3 mln to set up subsidiaries in Singapore, U.S.

Shenzhen Injoinic Technology Co., Ltd.(688209.SH) will invest a total of three million U.S. dollars to set up subsidiaries in Singapore and the United States, the Chinese chip designer announced on Tuesday.
The two subsidiaries will carry out technology development and sales of integrated circuits, computer software and hardware, electronic products and test equipment, technology services, technology transfer and technology consulting.
Founded in 2014 and listed on China's Nasdaq-like sci-tech innovation board at Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) in 2022, Injoinic Technology is a design company focusing on high performance and high quality digital-analog hybrid chips.
