The innovative mode of customs clearance management is transited from “deregulation of the frontier line” to the “opening of the frontier line”, building a “single window” of international trade with the help of e-ports and implementing the “Three Ones” customs clearance mode for cooperation between customs and inspection and quarantine departments, which themselves have introduced a number of innovative measures tailored for Pingtan.
