General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals (GRINM) has been devoting to the R&D of nonferrous metals materials and technology since her establishment in 1952 and facilitated to build up the rare metals industry system across China. As the largest R&D institution in the field of nonferrous metals industry in China, GRINM was transformed from a pure R&D institute to an enterprise in year 2000 and hence has become a modern research company with Chinese characteristics.

To achieve sustainable rolling development in the new aera, GRINM will utilize the Chinese resources in a rational way to constantly develop resource-saving, high-efficient and environmentally-friendly technologies which are leading world cutting-edge innovation level, and produce products with world competitiveness. In the meantime, GRINM will continue to contribute great efforts to provide materials solutions to our customers as well as to the new strategic industry development.
