S. China's Guangdong to construct first B&R design service trade center in Guangzhou

The Design Capital of Guangzhou project is currently progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed by 2022, said constructor of the project, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd Guangzhou branch.

After completion, it will be a cluster of international design industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the first Belt and Road design service trade center in South China, as well as the first B2B design service sharing platform in Guangzhou.

Construction content of the project includes a commercial office complex, customized headquarters office area, flexible office area, landscape green plaza, outdoor engineering and supporting engineering, etc.

The project is designed with a total construction area of more than 500,000 square meters and is located at the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and leading position of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Corridor.

It is learned that the Design Capital of Guangzhou is a key project in Guangzhou, and the first batch of C1, C2, and C3 office buildings will be delivered and put into use on June 30.
