Chinese company-backed Fijian FHL building completes construction

With the final concrete pouring, the core tube of Fiji FHL building project undertaken by China Railway First Group(CRFG) has been completed recently, reported Beijing Daily.

The FHL Building project commenced in September 2018. The owner, Fiji Holding Limited(FHL), is a well-known state-owned enterprise in Fiji. 

It is learned the efficient and high-quality construction of the project has been widely recognized in Fiji, and in 2021, the project was awarded a safe production award by the Fiji Ministry of Labour.

CRFG is the general EPC contractor of  FHL building project. The building is a composite structure of steel frame and reinforced concrete tube. Housing a construction area of 18,100 square meters, it is designed with a total of 18 floors. After the project is completed, it will become the first AAA-level green office building in Fiji.
