The year 2021 marks the 8th anniversary of the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative. From blueprint to reality, the Belt and Road has now become the most extensive and largest international cooperation platform in the world today, bringing huge opportunities and benefits to countries around the world.

As the second largest power transmission company in Brazil, State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. operates transmission lines with a total length of about 15,000 kilometers in Brazil, benefiting tens of millions of people and adding impetus to the local economic recovery.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Brazil in March 2020, Chinese power companies have taken a series of measures to effectively ensure power supply. Moreover, the company also considered how to help Brazil fight the pandemic beyond traditional services, help people who lost their jobs during the pandemic to fight hunger, and help hospitals buy more equipment.
