As a new energy source in the aviation field, compared with conventional fossil jet fuel, bio-jet fuel can reduce life cycle carbon emissions by up to 80 percent, and does not require any special changes to aircraft engines or structures.

In recent years, PetroChina International has get involved in the European bio-fuel market and European carbon emissions trading.

Since the beginning of this year, the company has paid close attention to the European bio-jet fuel market, and sold this batch of bio-jet fuel and bio-diesel to the European market, and also achieved a new breakthrough in bioenergy transportation.
