Alibaba Cloud to set up International Center of Competence in Singapore

Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of China's internet giant Alibaba, on Monday announced the launch of its International Center of Competence (CoC) in Singapore, to further enhance overseas customer services and better facilitate technology support and service capacity abroad.
Focusing on four fields including product, ecosystem, operation and brand management, the new center will recruit local product innovation talents to design products and services with local characteristics and response to customers' demand in a timely manner.
Meanwhile, Alibaba Cloud also announced to upgrade overseas service system. With its flourishing overseas business, the company finished construction of six service centers in 2022 in countries such as Portugal, Mexico and Malaysia.
Alibaba Cloud now has a network of 86 availability zones in 28 regions across the world, according to the company.
