Talk with Ambassadors | China-Pakistan relationship poised for greater heights in future, Pakistani Ambassador to China
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and also the 10th anniversary of the launch of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), an important pilot project under the BRI.
Pakistan is one of the earliest supporters of the Belt and Road Initiative. BRI and the Vision 2025 of Pakistan have many similarities, commonalities, and complementarities, which promote the bilateral cooperation in various fields including infrastructure, digitization and technology, energy security, health, environmental protection, etc. "We are very confident that this relationship is poised for even greater heights in the future," said Pakistani Ambassador to China Moin ul Haque when taking an exclusive interview previously with the Belt and Road Portal.
