Senior CPC official meets Sri Lankan political parties delegation

BEIJING, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Liu Jianchao, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with a delegation of Sri Lankan political parties Tuesday.

The delegation was led by Hon. D.V. Chanaka, chairman of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Youth Wing and State Minister of Power and Energy.

The two sides exchanged views on political party exchanges between China and Sri Lanka, deepening the exchange of experience in governance and promoting the healthy and stable development of bilateral ties.
