Multiple international scientific and technological organizations have established and settled down in Beijing in recent years, Yin Lin, director of the international organization division under the international cooperation department of China Association for Science and Technology said at the 2023 Zhongguancun Forum (ZGC Forum) held on Thursday in the capital city.

Such organizations included International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association, World Robot Cooperation Organization, International Coalition of Intelligent Manufacturing, International Panel of Mesoscience, and Asian simulation alliance.

It is learned that Beijing will build a dedicated area in the Chaoyang District for housing clusters of international sci-tech organization headquarters, aiming to attract more international organizations to settle down in the metropolis.

Founded in 2007, the ZGC Forum has grown into a national-level open innovation platform and an international forum.
