Reflecting on her time in Xi'an, Kunlawong expressed her desire to continue her studies there, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. "Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, my four-year university study time in Xi'an was too short. I want to continue my postgraduate study here," she shared enthusiastically.

When asked about her choice to study in Xi'an, Kunlawong emphasized the city's historical significance as the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. According to her, to truly comprehend Chinese history and culture, Xi'an is a must-visit destination. She also praised the city's abundance of scientific and educational resources, with a high number of renowned universities positioned at the forefront of academia in the country.

In September 2019, Kunlawong fulfilled her aspiration by enrolling at Northwestern Polytechnical University, selecting international economics and trade as her major.

Aside from her academic pursuits, Kunlawong has developed a fondness for Xi'an cuisine such as Chinese hamburger, and shredded pita bread soaked in mutton or beef soup. She also indulges in the delectable flavors of barbecue skewers, savoring the unique culinary experiences Xi'an has to offer.
