DCS 2019 collects 498 projects with total investment of 407.5 billion yuan

According to sources from the Fujian Development and Reform Commission and the Office of the Fujian Provincial Leading Group on Digital Fujian Construction, the 2nd Digital China Summit (DCS 2019) has collected a total of 498 digital economy projects with a total investment of 407.5 billion yuan.

DCS 2019 will take place in Fuzhou, Fujian Province from May 6 to 8, 2019. Then institutions directly under the central government, relevant state ministries and commissions, as well as enterprises from 31 domestic provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will participate in the exposition, including 44 of China's top 100 software, internet and electronic information enterprises.

To further implement the arrangement of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the Fujian Provincial People's Government for Digital Economy: "Project 1" and Digital Economy Leadership Action, the Fujian Development and Reform Commission and the Office of the Fujian Provincial Leading Group on Digital Fujian Construction started to collect projects for DCS 2019 this February. To date, DCS 2019 has collected 498 digital economy projects with a total investment of 407.5 billion yuan, including 256 signed projects with a total investment of 229.2 billion yuan, 152 projects under negotiation with a total investment of 60.6 billion yuan and 90 investment promotion projects with a total investment of 111.7 billion yuan. 40 major projects will be selected from 256 projects submitted by relevant local entities for a signing ceremony during DCS 2019.

156 enterprises will release their new products and technologies during DCS 2019.
