Recently the Interim Measures of the Guiyang Municipal People's Government for Assessment of Data Sharing and Opening has been released. With government data sharing and opening as the assessment emphasis, the Measures mainly assesses organizational management, basic guarantee, data sharing and data opening. Organization management covers organizational leadership, working mechanism, publicity and training, security management and financial guarantee.
