Security robots made debuts at Big Data Expo 2019
On April 30, sources from Expo Executive Committee tell reporters that 12 security robots ANBOT and security patrol robots APV-S would make debut at Expo 2019, responsible for the auxiliary security work of the Expo.

Besides, this fourth-generation security service robot ANBOT is equipped with comprehensive upgraded functions such as passability, obstacle avoidance and face recognition, while the security patrol robot APV-S is known as the latest product, and executes the security patrol task for the first time in Expo 2019.

Moreover, during the Expo2019, the security service robot ANBOT and security patrol robot APV-S work indoors and outdoors separately. In terms of indoor guard, the security service robot ANBOT will play a predominated role and provides visitors with special explanation, broadcasting tips, information service and road guidance. While the security patrol robot APV-S shoulders the responsibility of outdoor patrol, gives early warning prompts by responding to the ambient abnormal heat, smog. Meanwhile, APV-S also makes data comparisons between the captured human faces with the public security system in the patrol process for early recognition and warning of online escaping criminals, abnormal people and gives warning signs to suspicious personnel in case of emergencies.
