GLOBALink | Former U.S. player looks back on 50 years of "Ping-Pong Diplomacy"

The 2021 World Table Tennis Championships was held in Houston, United States from November 23 to 29.

Chinese and American players entered the mixed doubles competition on the year marking the 50th anniversary of "Ping-Pong Diplomacy."

Judy Hoarfrost, who was on the U.S. team that visited China in 1971, told Xinhua that it is meaningful to"commemorate the anniversary and carry on the legacy."
