IBSF expresses gratitude for excellent services at National Sliding Centre

YANQING, Beijing, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- Heike Groesswang, secretary-general of the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation, expressed thanks through an email on Wednesday to the Beijing 2022 organizers after receiving excellent services at Yanqing National Sliding Centre.

"Although the Olympic Winter Games are still ongoing, we would like to use the opportunity already today to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent food and service that we are receiving in the IF Lounge at the start of the Yanqing Sliding Center," the email wrote.

"Not only is the food great, but moreover is the staff really courteous and friendly making us feel home and welcome every single day, giving our International Technical Officials as well as our staff a place to re-energize throughout the long training and competition days," Groesswang added.

"Thank you very much for arranging the great service and please forward our appreciation to the responsible provider and staff as well," The secretary-general said.

At the ongoing Beijing Olympic Winter Games, four of six events that were organized by IBSF had been finished here. All the bobsleigh competitions will be finished on Sunday.
