Xi'an Museum and Yerevan History Museum plan to conduct exchanges and exhibitions over the next two to three years in order to promote the cultural development of the countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, improve their respective societies, and expose more countries and regions to traditional Chinese culture.

Armenia is a country located in the Caucasus region on the border between Europe and Asia, and is an important place along the ancient Silk Road. As the capital of Armenia, Yerevan is a well-known ancient city with a large number of museums and art galleries.

The Yerevan History Museum, established in 1931, houses about 94,000 items, including archaeology, coins, fine arts, written materials, and photographs, detailing the people and things of the city.

The Xi'an Museum opened to the public on May 18, 2007. It consists of three parts: the museum, the ruins of Jianfu Temple in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. It collects cultural relics, carries out scientific research, and provides both social education and garden leisure.
