Northwest China's Gansu Province has recently launched its first cross-border e-commerce international freight train carrying a single category of products, marking a breakthrough in cross-border e-commerce business of Gansu (Wuwei) International Land Port, reported Gansu Daily on Tuesday.

Departing from Gansu's Wuwei South Station, the train is loaded with 50 forty-foot containers of only brand shoes, which worth about 19.29 million yuan (about 3.03 million U.S. dollars). The train is expected to arrive in Hamburg, Germany by the end of this month.
