SHANGHAI, May 1 (Xinhua) -- In a community in downtown Shanghai, Eva Serrano, a Spanish businesswoman, has become an epidemic prevention volunteer to help residents complete nucleic acid testing registration, amid the COVID-19 resurgence.

Recently, clusters of COVID-19 outbreaks have been reported in various Chinese cities.

China has adopted the "dynamic zero-COVID" policy to realize the balance between epidemic control and economic development.

Serrano said she remains upbeat about China's growth prospects.
