A Chinese young man in Kenya is helping children from the Mathare slum stay in school through a feeding program via a Chinese non-governmental organization (NGO).

A Chinese young man in Kenya is helping children from the Mathare slum stay in school through a feeding program via a Chinese non-governmental organization (NGO).

After visiting the second-largest slum in Kenya, Yimenghan Liu volunteered to help renovate schools and initiated the feeding program, Dream Building Service Association (DBSA).

This program led to doubled school attendance amongst the children. Now the program runs across six African countries.
