​TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis speeds up new energy dev, mulling projects worth RMB2.375bln

TBEA Co., Ltd. (600089.SH) announced late Thursday four new energy projects with investment totaling 2.375 billion yuan to accelerate new energy development.

TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis Co., Ltd, in which TBEA has a controlling stake, is mulling to spend some 507 million yuan, 521 million yuan, 540 million yuan and 807 million yuan, respectively, for the constructions of 100MW solar energy storage project in Shache county of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 100MW solar energy storage project in Keping county of Xinjiang, 100MW PV project in Dunhuang of northwest China's Gansu Province, as well as a 100MW wind power project in Jingtan village of central China's Hubei Province, TBEA said in a filing with Shanghai Stock Exchange.

As noted, the investment would be financed through capital increase in corresponding investors by TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis, as well as bank loans and others.
