BANGKOK, May 19 (Xinhua) -- Thai farmers are gearing up for the increasing durian exports to China, as the fruit trade between the two countries is expected to further grow under the RCEP agreement.

Silaphon Thongrot's orchard in Chanthaburi province, a province dubbed the "fruit capital of Thailand," is home to hundreds of durian trees.

Dozens of durian fruits have been on each tree, heralding a good harvest this year.

Most of the fruits in Silaphon's orchard will go to the Chinese market after they are harvested.
