A Cambodian government official has said that the upcoming 25th ASEAN-China Summit will inject fresh vitality into China's ties with Cambodia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at large.
PHNOM PENH, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- A Cambodian government official has said that the upcoming 25th ASEAN-China Summit will inject fresh vitality into China's ties with Cambodia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at large.
Kao Kim Hourn, a minister attached to the prime minister of Cambodia, said ASEAN and China elevated their ties to a comprehensive strategic partnership last year, which will enhance regional cooperation.
The 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and related summits are due to be held from Nov. 11 to 13 in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh.
