China and Peru, both ancient civilizations, have witnessed increasingly dynamic cultural exchanges and closer economic and trade cooperation in recent years.
"We take China's invitation to build the Belt and Road very seriously," said then Peruvian Ambassador to China Luis Quesada when taking an exclusive interview previously with the Belt and Road Portal. It is expected that China and Peru will continue to strengthen cooperation in various fields including infrastructure, digitization and technology, promoting the implementation of more projects under Belt and Road cooperation.
