Intermodal logistics channel links C. China's Wuhan, Hong Kong, Europe launched

A batch of cosmetics imported from Germany carried by China-Europe freight train arrived in Hong Kong on February 14 by land transport after arriving in Wuhan, the capital of central China's Hubei Province, marking the official opening of an intermodal logistics channel linking Europe with Wuhan and Hong Kong, according to Wuhan Asia-Europe Logistics Co., Ltd, operator of the freight train service.
To ensure the transportation safety of low-temperature products, the technical team of Wuhan Asia-Europe Logistics Co., Ltd. follows up the transportation and the temperature of goods through the remote monitoring system during the whole journey.
The opening of the intermodal transport channel further strengthens Wuhan's role as an important logistics transit hub in China, and expands the international logistics network of Wuhan China-Europe freight train services.
It is noted that Wuhan has opened sea-rail intermodal logistics channel connecting with countries and regions including Japan, Mongolia, Europe, and the Republic of Korea (ROK), and the city is expected to further optimize the operation quality of China-Europe freight train service to provide support for smooth domestic and international industrial and supply chains.
