Al-Mutlaa Residential City Project in Kuwait

Located in the northwest of Jahra Governorate, Kuwait, the Al-Mutlaa residential city project has a contractual value of 4.881 billion yuan. This 30-sq.km project includes about 70 million cbm earth excavation and filling for eight blocks of the new city, 3,200 km of underground pipeline network, 4.6 million sqm of asphalt concrete pavement, 650,000 cbm of rainwater collection ponds, construction and decoration of 440+ substations, etc. It will provide green and environmental-friendly houses to over 400,000 residents, and help the Kuwaiti people realize the yearning for a better life.
