Supporting COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry to secure the high-end wind power installation ship project of Denmark CADELER

The lifting capacity of the ship's main crane under this project was 2,100 tons, which can be used to install commercial offshore wind turbines of 14MW to 15MW, as well as highest power (20MW) offshore turbines available in the world today. 

After half a year's negotiation, with the support of SINOSURE, COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry was awarded the project thanks to its comprehensive competitive strengths. This project was regarded as a key project of the year for COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry, which was of great significance for the shipyard to enhance its capacity to build green marine vessels, and further promote the transformation and upgrading of production capacity.
